Drama/ Theatre
Each school year our students put on at least two performances. The first performance is during Christmas time and always has an underlining Gospel message. This is a great way to minister to not only kids but adults as well. The second production we do is during the Spring, similar to our other this one always ends with a Salvation story. Every year these students do a great job with lines, singing, and dancing. Drama in the school is a great way to bring the student body together and have a fun time.
Science Fair
Our annual Science Fair is available for all ages, with the younger classes, preschool-1st grade doing group projects. Every year we have done the science fair, students have gotten better and better. Projects don't have to be a masterpiece, in a student's PACE book there are science experiments that can be used as a project. Students are not expected to do their projects alone, God has given them so may resources such as Parents and Supervisors. Our science fair provide students with a great opportunity to get out of their comfort zone and do something really amazing.
Summer Fun
Every Summer our church Gateway Christian Center hosts a sports camp called Mega Sports Camp. Here campers have fun with sports and are taught an important Biblical Principle each day. Mega Sports Camp is a day camp that lasts five days in the summer.
